By creating an account or using Clipzal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use of Clipzal means you accept any changes.

2. What Clipzal Provides

Clipzal is a content intelligence platform that helps app founders discover viral content, analyze app promotion trends, and remix content for their own products using AI. We provide tools for content discovery, organization, and AI-powered rewriting.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity per account. Sharing account access is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Clipzal is a paid service with monthly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at [email protected] for billing questions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Clipzal for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access
• Abuse the AI remix feature to generate harmful, misleading, or deceptive content
• Interfere with the platform or its infrastructure

6. Content and Ownership

The viral videos indexed on Clipzal belong to their original creators. Clipzal does not claim ownership of third-party content. AI-generated remixes are tools to help you create original content for your app. You are responsible for ensuring your final posts comply with each platform's guidelines and applicable laws.

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription plan has specific limits on AI remixes, library videos, collections, and app profiles. These limits reset each billing cycle. Exceeding your plan limits may require an upgrade. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clipzal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
